The Linea Classic is as its name suggests a Classic, tried and tested since the 1990's it can definitely be relied upon to perform in any high volume setting. Its been carefully designed to blend into any setting, whether its a large restaurant, a small cafe or the local Bar. With a dual boiler system, saturated groups and pid controller it's a work of art that is linear in design and dressed in polished stainless steel.
From the Classic many La Marzocco coffee machines have been created, each with the same attention to detail in both design and function. Examples are FB70, Linea PB, GB5, FB80, Stada and GS3.
They have recently released the Linea Mini, a machine designed to create a coffee revolution in our kitchens at home.

With precision scales built into the drain tray beneath each group, La Marzocco's Linea PB with Auto Brew Ratio technology provides the barista with control and feedback during brewing in relation to the mass of coffee in the portafilter, as well as the mass of coffee during extraction.
